Azaria's Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all seniors.  We also provide specialized care for seniors with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Short Term Memory, Stroke, Cardiovascular and other conditions.

Azaria Personal Care Home offers the highest standard of care for seniors. We provide care services in a non-institutional setting that combines the beauty of living as independently as possible with the comfort of knowing that someone is always there for you when you need it most.


About Us

Azaria Personal Care Home is licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources, and is an assisted living single level home facility that provides an alternative to nursing home care. Stela Pertea is the owner/manager and administrator of the home. Stela has over 10 years of experience in caring for seniors, and over 5 years of experience in owning and managing a seniors' care home. Stela has previously resided in Washington state where she was the owner of Open Hearts Adult Family Home. Stela has a reputation for bringing compassion, experience, and incredible creativity to caring for seniors. Stela is a Perks Member of the Georgia Red Hat Society. Ladies from the Red Hat Society are welcome to Azaria Persoal Care Home.

Azaria Personal Care Home has a staff of caring and experienced caregivers who provide up to 24 hour physical care for our residents. Our rates are affordable. Our services make it possible for our residents to remain as independently as possible, while being cared for by a compassionate, experienced and professional staff. Our warm family atmosphere make it easy for our residents to adjust and bloom this season of their lives. Our home is wheelchair accessible, beautiful, cozy and private. We offer private or shared rooms. Azaria Personal Care Home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to Gwinnett Medical Center and Georgia Mall.
